8 Months and Coeur D'Alene

Yes, I know it has been a long time since my last post. We have been busy and I have lacked the energy to post. School is keeping Trevor and I very busy. On another note, Jason is eight months old. I cannot believe how time flies. Jason goes to daycare two days a week. He seems to like it. The ladies say that he is very well behave and they wish all the babies were as good as Jason. Jason likes to roll everywhere. He quickly gets himself into trouble when I turn my head. He loves to roll over to any shoe that happens to be on the floor and attempt to put that shoe in his mouth. He gets very angry when I take them from him. He can pull himself up when I hold on to his hands, but he hasn't yet figured out how to pull himself up using furniture. He has been a little snarky lately. He should have some teeth any day now. Scroll down for some Jason pictures and a little blurb about our trip to Coeur D'Alene.

Jason's granny got this shirt for him. I have a matching one.

Don't mind Jason's dirty shirt. He was eating squash that day.

I sat him in the laundry basket so he wouldn't roll around while I did my hair. He decided to lay down and unfold everything. I should have known.

Jason and his Granny

Two weeks ago, Trevor and I headed to Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. My cousin James and his wife Lyndsi invited us. Lyndsi's aunt owns a BEAUTIFUL property on Lake Coeur D'Alene. The reason I say property is because they own three houses that happen to be right on the lake. The pictures that will follow are of those beautiful houses and the surrounding area. Lyndsi's aunt and uncle were wonderful. They cooked us dinner one night and payed for our dinner the other night. We could not have asked for better hosts. On the way to Coeur D'Alene, we dropped Jason off in Malad, Idaho to stay with his Grandma Cinniman. It was nice to have the weekend just to ourselves. The lake water was VERY cold. We only swam for a short while. One of the days, Lyndsi and I went out on some wave runners. It was a very fun weekend! We were very glad that we got to visit with James, Lyndsi, and Eva. It was also nice to meet cute little Sophie.

Note: If you ever want to visit a gorgeous place with beautiful scenery, I definitely recommend visiting Coeur D'Alene. We just might move there someday!
